At Authenticity we recognize that time can be very limited.
Authenticity is a boutique retreat environment offering tailored packages to meet your requirements and allow you to select the start and finish dates of your stay. Following are the tariff options based on room choices and the time available for your stay. Tariffs for special programs, workshops & corporate groups can be provided on request.
All tariffs listed are per person per night.
Rest & Rejuvenate Program: included with all standard bookings, includes all meals, full use of facilities, morning yoga class & treatment package.

Garden rooms are downstairs & have share bathroom with shower.
Deluxe rooms share 1 bathroom to 2 rooms – large bathroom has spa & shower.
Deluxe Ensuite has single bathroom with spa shower facilities.
Day Spa Options
Extra or upgraded treatments may be taken in conjunction with any program and can be reserved in advance or booked on arrival (subject to availability). Bookings for extra treatments on single night/short stays are subject to availability.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Confirmation
Confirmation of arrival and departure details will be made by letter fax or e-mail on booking.
Arrival/Departure
Check-in is at 2.00pm on confirmed date of arrival and departure is at 11.00am.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required when making a reservation in order to confirm your booking. We accept cheque, credit card, money order and cash payments. Balance of payment is to be made 14 days prior to arrival. Any additional items purchased during your stay must be finalized prior to departure, credit card and EFPOS facilities are available.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are transferable or refundable in accordance with conditions below.
Advance bookings cancelled more than 60 days in advance may be transferred in full if used within 6 months of original booking date or will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled between 15 and 59 days prior to arrival may be transferred in full if used within 6 months of original booking date or will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Cancellation of booking received within 14 days of planned arrival date will forfeit deposit.
Any cancellations or amendments to booking must be made in person or in writing.
OPTIONS
These may be taken in conjunction with the Rest & Rejuvenate program and can be reserved in advance or booked on arrival.  Bookings for options on single night stays are subject to availability.
