What is Authenticity?

Authenticity is a multi-faceted sanctuary and healing centre. Providing a place for those that want to rest, rejuvenate, reconnect and seek an experience that may change their lives.

How far is Authenticity from Port Elliot?

Authenticity is a short, 2-5 minute drive from the main street of Port Elliot.

10-15 minutes to ride on a bike and about 30-40 minutes to walk.

Is there a carpark?

Yes, as soon as you drive in you will see a large carpark. Whether you’re staying in our accommodation, visiting the cafe or dropping in for a treatment, you can park there. 

How far is Authenticity from Adelaide?

Authenticity is approximately 1.5 hours from the Adelaide CBD and Adelaide airport. 

Does it cost to use the pool?

If you are not a guest, you can use our pool for the day for $25.00 per person.

Do you have yoga classes?

We do have yoga classes. At the moment, our schedule is changing so please visit our ‘Yoga’ page for updates or join our ‘Yoga at Authenticity’ page on Facebook.

How long has Authenticity been in business?

Authenticity is in its 19th year of functioning as a healing and retreat centre.

Therapies and Treatments

Can I claim any health rebates?

You can claim the following services: Remedial Massage, Naturopathy and Psychology appointments. 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. Visit our gift voucher page for more information. Our gift certificates are a popular present for those that want to treat their loved ones. Vouchers can be applied to the wellness and beauty menu, accommodation, packages or the café. Choose between a dollar amount, package or specific therapies.


When is the café and restaurant open?

Breakfast – 8:30 am – 10 am

Our café is open from 10 am – 3pm daily.

Dinner – 6:30 – 9 pm

Where is the café?

The café is located at the back of the Healthfield House Manor. From the car park, follow the path along the left side of the house and you will see the pool on the left, the café is on the right.

What type of food do you serve?

Our café serves Mediterranean style, meat-free meals made fresh on the premises. Our food is nutritious, made with love and always changing. We source locally and organically where possible resulting in an ever-changing, seasonal menu. We can cater for all types of dietary requirements e.g. vegan, gluten-free etc.

Does the cafe cater for dietary requirements?

Our cafe can easily accommodate those with any dietary requirements. Vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free options are available. 


When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 2pm. If you arrive earlier, we will notify you if your room is ready on the day.

Check out is at 10:00am.

It is common for guests to arrive early or stay later to continue to enjoy the common areas, gardens, cafe or pool.

Do all of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?

Yes! We completed renovations in late 2015 and added new bathrooms and deluxe showers to each room.
